Connecting Your Product Feed

SharpSpring Ads requires the use of a Google Merchant Center Product Feed to use our dynamic ads. You must have a GMC account with a valid product feed in GMC specs successfully uploaded and approved by Google before you can use dynamic ads. 

First, connect your Product Feed to your SharpSpring Ads account. From your Dashboard, click Manage-> Product Feeds:

This takes you to your Product Feed settings page. You have no feeds at first:

To add a feed, click the Add new feed button:

You'll next be prompted to connect to your Google Merchant Center account, so select Connect and Import a Feed:

Select the Google account you wish to use:

And allow the requested access to your GMC account:

Once connected, we'll begin processing your feed. Depending on the size of the feed, this process may take up to 24 hours. SharpSpring Ads supports product feeds with up to 100,000 products. If you have over 100,000 products in your feed, please contact us to discuss supporting feeds of that size.

Once your feed is processed, you will see how many products we processed successfully:

After your feed is successfully processed, you'll next need to modify the site tracking tag on your website to pass us your Product ID information.
